新しくこの地域に引っ越してきた方々も一緒に集まり、65名以上の参加となりました。、お茶っこの会の１部椅子に座ってのヨガ教室。声を出したり、細かな指や顔までもしっかりと動かしました。楽しそうに会話も弾んでいました。
