沿岸部の郷土料理の成り立ちや、暮らしや風習を話す機会になりました。節や旬を普段より大切にしていることが料理にも表れていました。

自然の変化を敏感に感じ、海や山の産物を加工している知恵やサイクルがみえてきました。
